WinterFest Reading Challenge
Curl up with a good book during the WinterFest season and join the WinterFest Reading Challenge at your neighborhood branch library.

Organized by the El Paso Public Libraries, the free reading challenge runs from November 23 to December 31 and is open to all ages.
