El Amore

El Amore

El Amore began its story in 2020, when the founders faced a life-changing challenge after the husband was diagnosed with cancer. The business, El Amore, is made up of five members — the couple and their three children. The name “El Amore” was chosen because it is the affectionate nickname the wife uses for her husband. As for the signature dish, cochinita pibil was chosen to offer something completely different to the community — a unique, gourmet meal not commonly found in the region. Come visit them at WinterFest!
